Identify the key pillars that support the vision and explore the opportunities within each. This involves a deep understanding of users, their needs, and the necessary capabilities to meet those requirements effectively.
Roadmap
Opportunities are distilled into user stories and product features, prioritised by value and importance. These are then organised into a realistic roadmap that guides our development journey.
Team Leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align our vision, fostering enthusiasm and providing support every step of the way.
Execution
I support the team with wireframes, specifications, and prototypes, employing an agile approach to delivery. I ensure that goals are clear and measurable, driving our projects forward effectively.
Evaluate & iterate
Data is our guide, making regular evaluation, testing, and feedback sessions essential for gathering quality insights. This allows us to interpret the data effectively and identify actionable steps for improvement.
